Mkhululi Siqula best known as Heavy K is a record producer and DJ from Veeplaas, which is situated in Nelson Mandela Bay, formerly known as Port Elizabeth, in the Eastern Cape. In 2009, Heavy K met legendary producer, Oskido, who had a major impact on his career. Together the duo worked on the track Woza Nana, released in 2013. 2015 saw Heavy K nominated for 2 SAMA’s (winning song of the year for “Easy to Love”) and 2 Metro FM, Music Awards. A string of hit singles has seen him rise to the top of the SA House music scene and he is currently working on his fourth album that includes the hit single, Inde.
